Presale tickets will be sold online until 6 PM Arizona time Wednesday May 1st, 2013. All tickets will be available for pick up in the "will call" line ONLY, there will be no mailed paper tickets.Tickets will also be available at the event for regular admission price of $20 and $45.
PEOPLE WITH PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS
With 1-day ticket ($16) : proceed to the will call table to receive wristbands. YOU MUST HAVE ID & YOUR PRINTED EMAIL RECEIPT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR WRISTBAND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
With 3-day ticket ($45) : proceed to the will call table to receive your 3-day wristband. YOU MUST HAVE ID IN ORDER TO RECIEVE YOUR WRISTBAND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO REFUNDS ON PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS.
Wear your wristband comfortably but firmly throughout the 3 days. All wristbands will be inspected. Wristbands are not transferrable. Cut or taped wristbands are not acceptable.
WRISTBANDS FOR PATRONS
You will be wrist banded when you pay admission to enter. Your wristband must remain on your left wrist all day. You can leave and come back any time that day with the wristband on. If you lose or remove your wristband you will have to pay again to enter the expo. You will receive a second wristband at the bar, after proving your age, for drinking.
BADGES/WRISTBANDS
Badges/wristbands are for vendors only
You must wear your badge and wristband at all times. You must have both to enter the show halls. Wear your wristband firmly on your wrist. Do not share your badge or wristband with anyone. Violators will not be allowed to participate at future events.
